There are two Excellence Programs

Excellence Certificate Program and Pinnacle Expert Program

Each individual course can be customized as per client request (onsite courses will receive a discount for more than 5 students per course)
Each course is 24 training hours long and can be presented in different formats

* 3 eight hour days online video conferencing (via Zoom or Teams) with instructor - $997 USD per student

* 5 five hour days online video conferencing (via Zoom or Teams) with instructor - $1,325 USD per student

* 3 days on client site with Instructor - $1525 USD per student plus expenses

(travel, hotel expenses and per diem payable by client)

* Correspondence without instructor, training material sent after registration with payment and test sent when student is

ready to write - $397 USD per student

EXCELLENCE
Certificate Program

You must already possess an Excellence Certification, for example:
- Planning Excellence Certificate, or
- Reliability Excellence Certificate, or
- Management Excellence Certificate
Pay an initial fee of $497 USD.
Submit a technical essay (contact us for Essay writing guidelines)
- Between 1,500 to 2,000 words (Approximately 3-4 pages, excluding illustrations)
- Using MS word
- Calibri 11 font
- Single spaced
- Insert illustrations, diagrams, flow chart that supports your paper
- Reviewed by a review board of experts

Your Pinnacle Expert Program Certificate will remain valid for three years.

With the certificate You will also receive 300 Professional Credits (PCs) to be used for your next Pinnacle Expert Program Certificate renewal.

Requirements for renewal of the Pinnacle Expert Program Certificate:

An administrative fee of US$187 and a combination of the following opportunities to accumulate a total of 500 Professional Credits (PCs) per 3-year cycle:
50 PCs for each year, with supervisor’s confirmation statement, worked in the domain of your certification, for example:
- Planning Excellence Certificate, or
- Reliability Excellence Certificate, or
- Management Excellence Certificate.
100 PCs for every additional training courses.
15 PCs for every attended professional conference.

Once you’ve renewed, take a break before you start planning for your next 3-year renewal cycle.

Important things to remember:

Once you submit payment—even if you submit it before your certification expires—your new cycle end date will be three years from your current certification expiration date.
For example: Your certification renewal date is July 1, 2025. If you qualify to renew your certification prior 1 July, your expiry date will be extended by 3 years from the original renewal date.
